ISI Marked Internal Wall Panelling The panelling of side walls and roof shall be of 8 mm thick Pre laminated MDF Board & all vertical and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with Aluminium sections. Roof Outside 1.2 mm thick JSW GP Sheet Properly Sloped with Water tight. ISI Marked Bottom Flooring On the bottom frame 18 mm thick Bison panel sheets shall be fixed Tapping screw with vinyl carpet mat 1mm thick. Main Door The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same Material as wall panels& canopy above the door. Framework by tubular pipe of 25X25& the door interior shall be finished with same material matching with that of the Cabin interior. Door with Standard hardware locks & handles Wiring All wiring shall be concealed and shall be PVC insulated copper wires of ISI quality, suitable for 240-volt, 50 HZ single phase AC power supply with MCB protection. ISI Marked Light, -1.5 mm Thick Cable Outside Painting All components are painted with a coat of primer & 2 coats of corrosion free paint i.e., Synthetic Enamel Asian paint.
